How The Process Works

Acquisition
We take a conservative approach to market and deal selection. Residential and multi-family properties that meet our criteria are thoroughly analyzed to ensure strong returns for our investors, while minimizing risk exposure.

Reposition
We capture significant value through strategic interior and exterior renovations, functional improvements, and optimized revenue through highest and best use of the land and property.

Disposition
Using in depth market analysis and broker consultation, we sell the renovated properties at the end of the business plan. The initial equity, along with profits from the sale, are returned to our investors.

Repeat
Once your funds are recovered. Repeat the process with another property and scale up.
Timeframe: The point of Acquisition to Disposition has traditionally been between 45 – 60 days. Timeframe will vary and are based on market conditions, labour / material costs, interest rates and consumer appetite. These are factors we do not have control over, but the ones we do, we will capitalize on.
